I don't think you should get a rush card.  Rush cards, well.....suck.  I
won't get into the technical stuff about that right now.  But, if you want,
I'd say just wait for the Voodoo Graphics 2 comes out.  It's going to be at
least 3 times better than the present Voodoo Graphics chip.
