No, they don't. But there is a "Light" program out there which does
exactly what you want. It's called "Crowlite.exe" and comes with it's
own "Crowqbsp.exe". It adds light emission to sky and lava textures.
Both programs are contained in a zip called "Crowlite2.zip".
