it just means there is a leak in your level

type "pointfile" (without the " " of course) in the consoul and then type
"noclip"

walk around looking for a grey and white line....follow it untill u see it
going through a hole in ur level..and then...walla :)

if u need further help u can probably get it at the quakelabs...
