I've got a similar problem as well. I've created 2 rooms adjacent to each
other, and have added another room adjacent to one of them. I can see the
room in the 3d texture-mapped windows, but when I hit F9 to recompile, it
just isn't there (tried NOCLIP). But if I remove the wall, it's there.

I've tried both WC and qED. I'll try it again tonight.
