  ignore this troll.
what you need to do is get qspy and quakeworld and install. setup qspy
to start the game using qwcl.exe, not quake. after connecting, use the
command "pushlatency" to resolve the delay. usually a pushlatency of the
closest whole # of 50 to your actual ping is best.
as follows:
ping=298  enter pushlatency -300

ping = 352 enter pushlatency -350

this helps alot. your movement will now be nearly in synch, but beware,
the other players and your shots still lag. c'est la vie!
