No. You let somebody else raise it, keep it in a box, and slaughter it while

No -- the plain truth. There are, quite simply, no longer enough predators
around to keep the deer population in check in most rural areas. What's
worse -- shooting a few deer each year, or letting large number of deer
starve as the population booms?
