Ya, QER takes a bit of getting used to.  To bring up the texture window,
you have to press "T" (Only if you're in the four split view mode.  If
you're in any of the other modes, the texture window should already be
displayed).  To load up textures, you have to go to the Textures drop
down menu and select which texture set you want loaded.  The "Ravages of
Radient" website has all the keyboard and mouse controls for QER.

My main gripes with QER are with the brush selection and camera
movement.  WC handles brush selection so much better.  Also, AFAIK, QER
doesn't allow you to jump the camera's position.  You have to move there
step by step.  Even when dragging the camera position with the mouse it
still moves one step at a time.
