Entities (health, ammo) do not show up, and no error message is
given.

I have a fairly large, symetrical TF map. Worldcraft, QBSP, LIGHT, VIS
give me no error messages of any kind, yet when I run the level, some of
the items do not show up. Normally, Quake would tell you that the items
fell out of the level, but not in this case. Items on one side of the
map are there, while items symetrically placed on the other side of the
map are not. Any suggestions?
