Ok here is the deal, Just got quake 2 and it rocks except for the mouse
control is jerky. I am running around 35 fps and i have tried the M_filter
1 command but it doesn't help much. Is there a command that will help this
out? I used -dinput in Quake 1 and that was the shit. I don't think the
-dinput works for quake2. Also is there a command like the -heapsize for
quake2?

I have:

p200 mmx
80 megs edo ram
monster 3d
windows 95

Please any help would be greatly appreciated.
