doable?

I just finished a map, First Offensive :
ftp://ftp.cdrom.com/pub/idgames2/quake2/levels/d-f/foff.zip

*PLUG PLUG* :)

I made this completely on a P133 with 80MB ram. Total compile time was over
6 hours, but thats not too bad if you leave it on overnight as I did.
Number of Brushes : 2673
Number of Entities : 550
Net Brush Count : 1891
The problem comes if you want to keep compiling to check out your changes,
thats why the 'region' function in QERadiant is so handy. It lets you region
off a part of your map and just compile and run this small bit, saving LOADS
of time.
My advice:
Stick with it, it CAN be done.
Use QERadiant.
