Well, the best thing to download would be q2-314-x86-full-ctf.exe from
cdrom.com
(www.cdrom.com/pub/idgames2/quake2/official/q2-314-x86-full-ctf.exe)
it's got the 3.14 updated DLL, the new DM maps, and CTF.
