03/09/98 StroggPanzer turret

Notes: A different flavor of Quake2 turret (304 x 128 x 160).
It's sort of a cross between a Panzer tank turret, a
battleship turret and a piece of heavy machinery.
Coming up with the right brush shapes, sizes, relative
proportions and position of the driver was a bit of a
nightmare but I think it was worth it :). Please remember
to allow enough room in your map to allow it to rotate
the full travel of its arc (set by minyaw, maxyaw) in the
room without penetrating any of the surrouding walls.
Don't worry about pitch: the values are already adjusted
to provide max. range without losing model realism. But
most importantly, do NOT rotate this prefab in your map.
If you want it to start at an angle other that 0 at the
beginning of the game, set the "angle" key accordingly
but LEAVE THE PREFAB DRAWN AT 0 DEGREES otherwise it
       won't work properly.
