03/23/98 Submarine hatch

Notes: Sub hatch style rotating door with a latching hinge made
       from func_trains (80 x 108 x 16) with additional sound
effects. The timing of the hinge is dependent of the speed
and wait value of the door. If you modify any of those, you
have to adjust the wait value of the 4th path corner of the
hinge cradle func_train to preserve proper timing. The wait
value of the trigger_multiple might also have to be adjusted
accordingly. This is mostly the case if you want the door to
open slower or wait longer in the open position.
