This is just a short text on the new stuff I put in. It is most likely not complete, and it may include things already there


Gourad Shading
Gourad + Textured Shading

Fixed the case-sensitivty of ascii import
Souped up skin-painter. Really souped up
Colour in groups of colours with another (easy CTF colouring. Thats for you Dave!)
Selecting faces in skin-view by clicking inside.
Calculates percent of skin wastage (click on the bottom right "SkinL") (QuickHack(tm))
Get mapping co-ords from top,bottom,left,right,front,back with a threshold angle
Outputs camera view to a series of .bmps, so you can composite them to an avi. (AVI writing coming in the future)
Have interpolation on/off for camera playing. Great for seeing how crappy the animation would be in Quake 1. :)
Configurable keys. Only for the Main View, and the Skin Editor. The Skin Painter section will be soon. 
Resize the viewports by dragging from the crossbar in the 3D view, or by holding down ctrl+right mouse
Pan the 3d Views by holding down shift, no matter what tool your on.
Makes the Camera Range change to the 0 and the max numober of frames upon loading a model
Load a Reference Model. eg. Have a player model up and editing, and load the gun model so it plays along with the camera. and Keeps its textureing
Delete a Range of frames
Move frames (It works properly now.)
Undo works on most things now. but don't trust it too far. Not tested fully. BTW, the redo menu is not cleared if you have done an extra action. Be careful. Its not fool proof. 
Entensive settings. Configure your undo memory usgae just the way you want! 
Object Mode. Select whole bits of things in one go
Weld Vertex Button.

Being able to Add in multiple frames in one go
