Versions:
I have checked 8 diffrent Kingpin Russian sounds files and Kingpin "New Studio" and Kingpin "Exclusive" are same. 
Not sure what one came first.
I only have checked diffrents with orginale Kingpin files.
Kingpin "Russian project" edited most files but that doesn't mean there all diffrent.
Fargus is the most populaire one. But i don't speak Russian so i don't know. But it's the easyst version to get online.

I still miss a few versions. Unless there also not diffrent.

On the territory of Russia, the game was not officially published and was not translated. There were several translations from different studios, such as: Porguez, Seventh Wolf, Fox, Our Brand, Russian Project, New Studio.
Published under the names - Brother: Criminal Life (Fargus); Money, Cards, Two Barrels (Seventh Wolf); Kingpin: Criminal Life (XXI Century); Kingpin: Bandit Life (Exclusive); Criminal Authority (New Studio).
На территории России игра официально не издавалась и не переводилась. Вышло несколько переводов от разных студий, таких как: Фаргус, Седьмой волк, Fox, Наша Марка, Русский Проект, Новая Студия.
Издавалась под названиями — Братан: Преступная Жизнь (Фаргус); Деньги, Карты, Два Ствола (Седьмой Волк); Kingpin: Преступная жизнь (XXI Век); Kingpin: Бандитская жизнь (Эксклюзив); Криминальный Авторитет (Новая Студия).

Also added the exe and dll files there in russian_exe_versions.zip seprated in more zips. (Would not really recommend to install these files).
Textures can also look diffrent with each version.
There under sounds becouse they fit with the packages.
XXI century is the only one that also changed the kpintro.exe

Installation:
These zipfile contains all the Russian language character sounds from the official Russian releases of Kingpin.
Just extract all files to your Kingpin folder.
Please note this will replace all the default English language character sounds.
I recommend you make a copy of your kingpin/main/sound folder before you extract these files.
