Beta 0.5
--------
Notification of what country a player is connecting from (using MaxMind GeoIP library/database)
Connecting players are included in the spectators scoreboard
The "custom_map_list" option provides the map rotation when enabled, otherwise "g_mapcycle_file" does
The map rotation is shown by the "maplist" command
Any map on the server (even not in rotation) can be loaded with the "changemap" command (or new "votemap" alias)
Grenade blast radius reduced slightly to reduce self-damage
Centered messages at start of round are removed (they caused all other text to be cleared from the screen)
A larger notice is shown to the bomber/VIP at the start of each round
Round start delay reduced from 2s to 1s
Radar hint shown for 15s at start of map
Little celebratory sound played for the winning team after each round
Several scoreboard and radio tweaks
VIP head skin fix
Images in client PAK file compressed to reduce the size, and duplicate files and custom footstep/jump sounds removed (old v4 PAK is still accepted by server)

Beta 0.4

Anti-lag system added to compensate for ping when shooting
MOTD/intro screen added, which can also be brought up with a new "motd" command
Map timer added to HUD
The map timer doesn't start until the 1st round does
The map won't end mid-round (it will wait for the current round to finish)
Bomb target and VIP extraction sites added to radar (red dots)
Bomb and VIP current location shown to teammates in radar (flashing red dot)
Scope view replaced with simple zoom-in (scope didn't work with custom resolutions)
Molotov cocktail tweaked (smaller blast radius, ejected flames cause damage)
Pre-match mode notice added to HUD
Notification of connecting players
"changemap" command will start a vote to approve the map change when used by a non-admin
"fov" can now be changed (when not using scope) but still not set below 90
Locational armour usage/damage based on height of hit
New "idle_client" setting to make players spectators if they've been idle for too long
Players become spectators if their connection goes dead for 5 seconds
Single scoreboard page used for both teams when there are no more than 10 players
Current map name added to scoreboard
Colour-coded scoreboard names: yellow=you, blue=admin, green=rconx user, grey=lagged out
Chat between players and spectators enabled but not team-talk between alive and dead players
Dead players can only chase players from their own team
Chasecam switches to another target when the target dies or becomes a spectator
Bomb and defuse kit binds (9 and 0 keys) are interchangeable
Weapon reloading is disabled when the player has no more ammo for it
Logged-in rconx users can use the "admin" command without a password to take admin
Downloading enabled
Sound fixes for the bom_mcarthur and bom_warehouse maps
Fix for destructible grates
Maps moved out of the client PAK file

Zooming feature enabled for sniper rifles

Spawn amount detection - detects amount of spawns in a map and won't let players join displaying a message to them if there are too many
If you join a team more than 15 seconds after the game starts, you now get a message saying so.
Rocket launcher removed
FOV above 90 enabled - FOV below 90 is disabled with exception to using scopes (for sniper rifles, not implemented until beta 0.2)

Beta 0.1c

Flame Thrower removed due to Tunn not liking it (ok, so some other people complained too : )
Spawn issue fixed (where two players spawned in the same spot, causing a co-exist kill)
Spawn fix for spectators - Should no long use up player spawn points

Grenades decreased to one per person
Bomb planting time cut in half
