Step 1.

Unzip SuperBLT-R027-3.2.0-wsock.zip or follow instructions on: https://superblt.znix.xyz
into youre PAYDAY 2 folder (alongside payday2_win32_release.exe).
for example:
c:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\PAYDAY 2\

start payday2_win32_release.exe , SuperBLT will prompt you to download the basemod. Select Yes, and it will notify you when it's done downloading. At this point, SuperBLT has been fully installed.

Into youre PAYDAY 2 mod folder.
for example:
c:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\PAYDAY 2\mods\

Create a directory:
mod_overrides into assets
for example:
c:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\PAYDAY 2\assets\mod_overrides\

Unzip 24006_Legendary Armour Skins_4.0.0.zip or follow instructions on: https://modworkshop.net/mydownloads.php?action=view_down&did=24006
Into youre PAYDAY 2 mod_overrides folder.

c:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\PAYDAY 2\assets\mod_overrides\

Unzip Kingpin-Life of Crime - Thug [Two Pack Bundle - LAS]_1.0.zip or follow instructions on: https://modworkshop.net/mydownloads.php?action=view_down&did=24803
Into youre PAYDAY 2 mod_overrides folder.
for example:
c:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\PAYDAY 2\assets\mod_overrides\

Start Payday 2 the game.
go to inventory.
Select armor.
go to outfit.
and there you can select the thug skin. (If everything is correct installed)
