Kingpin for Quake2 v0.9

Did this mod a few reasons:
1. Hopefully get Quake2 players to Kingin
2. Easyr to port the engine.
3. Show diffrents between Kingpin and Quake2 that some stuff only works with altering the engine.

There is no Bagman, Realmode, Single player include it's purely only deathmatch.
Textures are only included what is needed for the dm maps.

You probably would want to edit the autoexec.cfg if you want a diffrent reload button.

Some tech info:
Kingpin height is: 24+48= 72 units
Quake2  height is: 24+32= 56 units

So best resize for from a Kingpin map to Quake2 map is 56 divide by 72.
But Quake 2 and Kingpin have same jump height so it not really needed.
