If you don't know what to add to youre server.cfg just add:
setmaster master.kingpin.info
It will always point to the correct master server.
If you want to add more master servers:
setmaster master0.kingpin.info master1.kingpin.info master2.kingpin.info master3.kingpin.info

Master server should not be needed. But if you want you could use more then 1:
set sv_master2 "master0.kq3.kingpin.info"
set sv_master3 "master1.kq3.kingpin.info:27950"
sv_master1 cant be configured.
