Goat has now released V1.03 of his Kill Confirmed mod. It's only the Windows files at this stage not Linux.
Kill Confirmed is based on the Call of Duty mod of the same name. Basically when you frag an opponent they drop a dogtag which you must pick up to score a point.
There are several different modes you can play in the mod.
You can play deathmatch, team death match, normal Bagman (no tags just all the custom weapons and armour skins), and Tagman (like Bagman but tags not money) as well as Instagib and crossbow only modes.
In Team Deathmatch mode it is like normal team deathmatch but when you frag another player on the other team they drop a dogtag and you have to pickup (run over) that tag to score the frag point for your team.
If a member of the other team picks up the dogtag first your team doesn't get the point.
In Tagman mode it uses normal Bagman maps. You can steal a max of 5 Tags from the enemies safe and a max of 3 Tags from killing an enemy player. Currently the default number of Tags needed to win a round is 60.
Check out the included readmes for more info.
This is the full install and includes windows server files, the client files and one new map made for the mod.
You can download the Kill Confirmed v1.04 files from here.
Download the files, open the zipfile, and then just unzip/extract the files to your Kingpin folder and they will be placed in the correct locations.
If you are a regular online Kingpin player then you know that you can downlaod mod files from the Kingpin servers.
But occasionally a new player will join a server and have problems downloading the mod client files for whatever reason. Like today when a thug joined our server and was downloading the mod's client files. We were waiting for him to join hte game so we could say hi and welcome him. But he was having problems d/ling the files and he gave up after 5 or 6 minutes of trying.
So why not download the client files for popluar mods from Kingpin.info so when a game is on you will be prepared and ready to go.

There isn't any new news or information coming out about Kingpin Reloaded at the moment so here is a brief interview Frederik Schreiber did with OnlySP at Pax South 2020.
It just touches on the new quest system and how rebalancing will work.
Stigma and I have collaborated on a new death match map for Kingpin.
The new map is called DM DeadBueno is is a conversion of a Half-Life map called ScoutzKnivez. The author of the original map is unknown unfortunately.
Its a smallish map with some indoor areas but mainly set outside. There are three ladders outside that lead up to a walkway that spans the outside area.
It uses all standard Kingpin textures except one cusotm texture made by Elfor. It also uses a custom sky.
It has ample weapons and items and 10 player spawns.
Slipgate Ironworks and 3D Realms are looking for Kingpin fans who would like to help out with the development process of Kingpin Reloaded.
Kingpin Reloaded is a passion project, first and foremost. And while we consider ourselves hardcore fans of Kingpin here at Slipgate Ironworks and 3D Realms, we also realise that you - the Kingpin fans - know so much more.
Therefore we'd like to involve you in the development process of Kingpin Reloaded. We want to invite you to play early builds, help with feedback throughout the design process, and most importantly - We want you to tell us if we mess up.
If you are interested in helping out you can fill out the form here.
Btw,
Kingpin Reloaded is a love letter to Kingpin and it's fans. And we want to make sure we absolutely nail it!
Well all us Kingpin fans hope you do as well, of course, but you will need to include a solid multiplayer component to keep all the current and past Kingpiners happy :)
Rat Instinct has updated the Atrophy Mods Webpage again and addded the source codes for the mods made by PigWhistler
We've added source code for Pigwhistler's mods today, including Midnight Massacre Godfather, ASCKingpin (Anti-Spawn Camping), Genocide Bazooka, Leveller and DM Mutator. Godfather code is up for V1.5 (released) and V1.7 (unreleased and unfinished) - can't find the code for 1.6 to post that sadly. DM Mutator was never released (and may not be finished/may not compile), but is included for completeness.
You can check out the files at the Atrophy Website here.
I have also added the new source codes to our Kingpin.info Mods download section here.
