Killa is currently working on a new Bagman map called Team Terra Firma.
It's based on the central area of Team Rival but it has been changed considerably and lots has been added including a ton of detail. It's a smallish map and is not mirrored.
Early beta versions are being testing during the Sunday Bagman mgames and it should be finished in the not too distant future.

This is a deathmatch map I made a few years ago that is based on the Junk Flea map from the game called Combat Arms. It's a small to medium sized map set in a junk yard. There are two buildings at either end of the map. One of the main features are the crates that you can run through in the middle of the map. There are sixteen spawns and plenty of weapons and other items. Hypov8 helped with this map.
This map is very popular in the servers :)

Another of the classic Quake 2 death match maps is The frag Pipe. It has been converted to Kingpin twice. Once by Pigwhistler and also by Whoop Ass.
From the Quake Wiki:-
The map is centered around a large cylindrical chamber, which features a moving platform above it. There are several hallways and rooms around the center. "The Frag Pipe" itself is a tunnel that fills with lava when one of the doorside switches is actived.
The Atrophy Frag Pipe (kpq2dm3.bsp) by Pigwhistler is textured similar to the other Quake 2 map conversions he did using standard Kingpin textures.
Frag Pipe Industrial (waq2dm3.bsp) by Whoop Ass is textured using the Industrial Waste theme.
Here is a death match map set in an army base made by DooDaa.
Base Command Final is a smallish map that is an Army Base Command Centre. The map has an outside area, a hanger containing an APC, and 3 buildings. The building next to the hanger is the main communications building. There is a building that can't be entered and the other building houses the sleeping quarters upstairs, and the war planning room and mess area downstairs. There are also several custom sounds.
It seems there are people out there who love Kingpin but don't know there is a small, active community, still around.
One of the recent live stream playthrough videos is by Fuxas TV and we have been chatting via the comments section of Youtube.
He loves Kingpin but thought he was the last person in the world who was playing it. Of course I let him know about this site and the Kingpin community.

You can download the files from the server but if you want to get them beforehand to save time you can grab the full install which includes everything you need to run a server or to just connect to one as a client including all available CTF maps from here.
When I was updating the zipfile and testing out the Enhanced Bagman mod I found that the custom tommygun model wasn't quite right. Some of the animations weren't right. So Hypov8 converted a new custom tommygun model for use in the mod.
Now he has released his ColtM41a model as a stand alone custom model for use in all forms of Kingpin. It will show up in your hud and when on the ground in map
Just Unzip/extract the pak4 file to your Kingpin folder and it will be placed in the correct location.
If you already have a pak4 file in your main folder then extract the new pak4 to a temporary folder somewhere and rename it to another number such as pak3, pak5 etc which you don't already have. Then copy it to your kingpin/main folder.
The Quake 2 map The Edge was probably the most famous death match map for many years. It was converted to many other games including Kingpin of course.
One of the Kingpin versions is The Alll Mighty Edge by DirtyDog:-
Full retexture, relight and in many cases rebuild. It was a challenge to get this to compile properly because of all the angled/curved brushes but all in all it worked out fine.
One of the versions of the Frag'N'Die2 map that I made is a versio nthat was retextured with textures from the game SiN.
It's basically the same map which is a small one room fragfest map set in a warehouse style building. It has plenty of weapons and ammo, one cooling mod and one set of heavy armour. It has 15 spawn points and this version uses all SiN textures.
These two map-packs contain all known death match maps released since 2007 and many other older death match maps that were not included in the original map-pack-n-yo-ass map-packs.
