It's
The Insane Streets (version2) by
Million. It is a large, urban style, DM map similar in size to the KPDM maps.
It was released in 2003 and we used to play this map all the time.

[BA]D3struct!on has found an old Hitmen map we didn't have.
The map is called Laser Arena and is a small box map with a laser arena in the middle (like a boxing ring). You have to go through the lasers to get to the centre taking a small amount of damage as you do.
It has one cooling mod and a full set of armour but no pistol mods.

The map is called Team Million and is a small, sort of two forts style, Bagman map.
I hope we get a chance to play it soon.

I have released a new DM Map called Naked Beatroot.
Naked Beatroot is a smallish, multi level, death match map converted to Kingpin from Quake.
The map has a tight layout, includes one teleport, and uses all standard Kingpin textures.
It has ample weapons and items and 11 player spawns.

GrindSpire for making the original map in Quake.

Monkey Harris has released version 2-2 of the KPDED2 Enhanced Server files for Windows and Linux.
The KPDED2 file allows you to run dedicated public servers. In your server shortcut you just replace the kingpin.exe with the kpded2.exe.
KPDED2 fixes a number of bugs and security holes and also adds many new improvements.
The zipfile contains a very comprehensive readme which you should read.
The readme does include some suggested Quick Start settings and most of the new default settings are fine so you wont need to change/add too many commands to your server.cfg file.
The main changes in the new version are:-
* skybox files with "../textures/" paths are sent to clients
* "winrefl" environment files are sent to clients
* workaround for frozen view issue when there are too many entity changes to send to a client
at once
* fix to stop dead bodies getting stuck on ladders
* workaround for client-side CS_MODELSKINS config string issue
* new CVAR_NORELOAD option to apply latched cvars without reloading game DLL
* a game start time for browsers can be set together with the "hostname" cvar
* new "moveall" command to move all connected clients to another server
* rcon output is sent to a connected client via reliable channel
* added project/source files for building a Quake2 server

Nearly all the maps on the Newskool servers are in this DM mappack.
The pack contains over 300 maps currently on the servers and also the 11 player models used by the bots. It also includes the 5 small pak files you download from the Botmatch server the first time you connect.
