Kingpin Reloaded Patched To 1.04

If you have been holding off on buying Kingpin Reloaded from Steam until they started patching it, well they just released the 4th patch (1.04).

Patch 1.04 includes fixes and QoL improvements:-

Increased brightness and contrast ranges and scale
Sky box textures fixed
Spark particle performance improved
Explosion particle performance improved
Flamethrower flames performance improved
Reduced size of some explosions
FOV mode option localised
Fixed a blood render bug
Darkened all blood renders
