Xmas Mod Server Files Updated To v1.63

Monkey Harris has released ver1.63 of the Xmas Mod server files for both Windows and Linux. Just some small changes/updates.

Changes are:-

- Any nonexistent maps are removed from the maplist with a warning logged
- Support for kpded2 enhanced eyecam chase mode and other chase tweaks
- Commands can be used during the intermission
- Improved target_lightramp support
