MH Kingpin Patch V12 Update

I just found out the latest version of the MH Kingpin patch only works with the original ref_gl.dll.

Apparently, this is because other versions might conflict with the patch's modifications. As well as avoiding conflicts, requiring unmodified files may also reduce the chances of cheats.

If you have a different ref_gl.dll and don't have access to the original, you can get it from the v1.21 patch zip file here.
