There is a new Discord server for Kingpin and its called Kingpin.info.

So if you use Discord for voice or even text chat whilst playing there is now a dedicated 24/07 Kingpin Discord server :)

Death Match Map Updated

After more than eleven years I have finally taken the Fear Factory death match map out of beta.

I added more detail likes pipes and grates and fixed a lot of little errors. I also changed one small area of the background architexture and changed the lighting somewhat.

Fear Factory is a largish map based on a death match map from the game F.E.A.R.  The map is set in and around a factory complex so there are lots of boxes and crates and bits of machinery situated around the map.

You can download Fear Factory (dm_ff) from here.

Just unzip all the files to your Kingpin folder.

Map Pack For Thursday GunRace Game

Apart from the GunRace maps Goat has added another 25 or so death match maps to the GunRace beta server.

You will probably have some of them and some you might not so why not download the map-pack so you are all ready for the game :)

You can download the GunRace map-pack from here.

Just extract all the files to your Kingpin folder.

Thursday Game Of GunRace Beta Mod

This Thursday's game, starting at 9.30pm UK time, will be GunRace beta mod on Goat's GunRace server.

You can download the GunRace beta client files from the server but to save your self some time you can download them from here.

Just extract all files to your kingpin folder and they will be placed in the correct locations (kingpin/gunrace_b1).

Doom Chick Bitch Skin

Here is a Doom skin for the Bitch model that was made by Fetel Icecream.

You can download Doom Ckick skin from here.

Just extract all files to your kingpin folder and they will be placed in the correct locations.

The skin features a body and legs but no head so you can use any default head such as 020.

Easiest way to select this skin is to:-

Pull down the console (tilde key ~)

Type in :-

skin "female_chick/020 dom dom"

Brickhouse 2 Death Match Map

Here is a map we didn't have in our archives so I just added it.

Brickhouse 2 is by Insane Clown and is a medium sized map set in, and around, a large brick structure.

You can download Brickhouse 2 from here.

Just unzip the files to your Kingpin folder.

Kingpin is on sale again at GoG.com for 66% off.

Unfortunately the Steam & GoG.com button for Kingpin wont show up if it is banned in your country, such as Germany.

It's part of their Interplay Special Sale and will be on sale until 8th May.
