Bagman Map Added To Archive

I just found an old Bagman map made by [BEER] Bud Ice back in 2001 called Ibiza Beach (team_ibiza).

It's a small map set on a beach front. There are three ways to get to the other team's base including going underwater.

The bases are small bars (ripped from the single player game) and the money drop is on the beach.

Watch out for the car that speeds along the boulevard.

It's a little dark in places but mostly ok.

You can download Ibiza Beach from here.

Just extract/unzip the files to your Kingpin folder and they will be placed in the correct locations.

Screen Of Upcoming Death Match Map

Bigchunks has created a new death match map for Kingpin. It's called Roughinery and is a remake of a UT2004 map.

It's currently at the beta stage and will be tested shortly.

Screens of Upcoming Bagman Map

Killa is currently working on a new Bagman map for Kingpin called Team Gallery. It's a nice reimagining of the old Team Art map. It's currently in beta.

Screen Of Upcoming Crash Mod Map

Trickle is putting the finishing touches on his new map for the Crash Mod. It is a conversion of the Felicity map from the game Perfect Dark.

Dark Fiber Death Match Servers Updated

Educator has updated both the Dark Fiber FFA servers (EU & Chicago) and added nine more maps to the map rotation. Some new, some old, and a couple you probably wont know.

I made a map-pack for Educator so he could grab all the maps. I will leave it online for a few days if anyone wants to grab it so they don't have to d/l the maps from the servers.

You can grab the map-pack from here.

Just extract/unzip the files to your Kingpin folder and they will be placed in the correct locations.

Ancient Sky Castle Death Match Map

Ancient Sky Castle is a smallish death match map made by Deadbankclerk and me (with help from Hypov8) a few years ago.

As the name suggests the map is set in the ruins of an ancient temple in the sky. It uses all custom textures and a custom sound.

It has twelve player spawns and ample weapons and items.

Team Low Rider Bagman Map

Here is a Bagman map Sonik made back in 2002.

Team Low Rider is a medium sized, urban style, Bagman map. It's an old style map so has switches to open the rooms where the Team 'safes' are. The switches are located in the upper rooms opposite from the Team safe rooms.

Also the map doesn't have weapon caches but has weapons spread around the map like the original BM maps did.

There are several routes between the Team bases including across the roof tops.

It features the Lowrider song and there are Lowrider cars in each of the Team bases.

New Crash Mod Map - Dust Dark Winter

Elfor has done some editing/converting and bought us a Dark Winter version of the Dust map for the Crash Mod.

It involved converting the Dark Winter textures from counter-strike and editing the current bom_dust2 map (that was converted by Limpstein and Hypov8.
