I just found this really old Bitch custom skin pack from 1999 called labels.
It contains three heads, two legs and eighteen bodies. The bodies are all T-Shirts with designs on then.
I think they look pretty good.

Acrophobia is a map I converted to Kingpin from Quake back in 2009. The original map in Quake was created by American McGee and completed by David Namaksy.
It's a small deathmatch map in the classic Quake style. Its a multi level map and there are areas under water on the lower level. It has 12 player spawns, ample weapons and items (including some in the water) and uses the original Quake textures.

Here is a death match map from 2001 made by
{VBG}Kungen.
It's a medium/large map set in an urban setting. Most of the action will take place out in the street and alleys but some buildings can be entered too.
It looks like it only has one of each weapon but they are positioned in the map so it's probably just enough.
