Prophet's Tomb Bagman Map

Prophet's Tomb is a nice looking, Egyptian themed, Bagman map made by Whoop Ass.

It is a medium sized map, has 28 player spawns and at the time Whoop Ass described it as:-

Someone told me I wasn't using enough terrain in maps so I chose a desert theme and threw in an Egyptian cash drop. Most of the texture's are from Serious Sam with a few I made up myself. It IS possible to get the flamer from the lower floor, i'll let you work out how ;)

New Death Match Map

Here is a new death match map that is a conversion from Quake 2.

It's a medium to large map, urban style, retextured to use mostly Kingpin standard textures. It is multi leveled and has ample weapon and items.

Game Of Bagman This Sunday

The Sunday Bagman game this week will be on Monkey Harris's UK Newskool Bagman server.

Superman Thug Skin

A nice looking Superman skin for the Thug model by Jackal.

You can download the Superman skin from here.

Just extract all files to your kingpin folder.

Easiest way to select this skin is to:-

Pull down the console (tilde key ~)

type in - skin "male_thug/sup sup sup"

Team Dragoon01 Beta3 Bagman Map

Team Dragoon01 Beta3 is a smallish Bagman map set indoors. The texturing and lighting makes it really easy to know which side of the map you are in at all times. There are some nice Ancient Greek style symbols used to identify the team's bases.

The money drop is an open area with three ways leading to the teams' bases.

Reflections Abound You Bagman Map

Reflections Abound You is a small to medium sized, older style, Bagman map that was made by RedWormCharlie.

It has 'reflective' surfaces so the room you are in reflects in the floor.

It is an older style map so it has switches to open the safes but they are nearby and easy to spot.

It has a big middle area where the money drop is and several exits leading to the team bases.

It isn't mirrored and so will take a few minutes to learn all the routes but it looks like a fun map.

Thursday Game Of Crash Squad Mod

The Thursday game this week is going to be the Crash Squad mod. We haven't played it for a while so it will be good to give it another go.

Check the World clock to see what time it is where you are when it is 9.00pm UK time here.

You can download the client files from the server but If you don't already have them you can save time and download them from here.

Just unzip the files to your Kingpin folder and they will be placed in the correct location (kingpin/crash).

This is a great and fun mod with a reasonable sized crowd so I hope you can all make it for a game :)

Btw the client files contain comprehensive info which I have also uploaded as a webpage here. 

Take note that there is a team radio where you can send simple command mesaages to your team (cover me, follow me, I see them etc). To access the radio and seelct a command press F3.

Bagman Arena Gate

Bagman Arena Gate is a Bagman version of the Q3DM1 map that Hypov8 converted to Kingpin. He also did the Bagman version.

Bagman Arena Gate is a smallish Bagman map. Two bases (with the big mouths at the bag where the safe bags are) and one open area, with Quake3 character statues, between them. The two bases have the HMG's but most of the other weapons and armour is in the central area.

1,000 downloads of Kingpin City Map At GameBanana

The Kingpin City death match map has just passed 1,000 downloads at Gamabanana.

It took several years to achieve but I think it is great. A Kingpin map can get so many downloads at a site that is not dedicated only to Kingpin.
