Rocket Arena Death Match Map

Now that Monkey Harris has added a rocket mode to the latest Monkey Mod I thought it would be a good time to post about this older map called Rocket Arena.

Rocket Arena, by Tilak is a small, arena style, map with the only weapons being rocket launchers. It does include rocket ammo, pistol mods, armour and health packs too. The map also containes several jump pads to get you up to the second level walkways and around the map. With the only wepaon being the rocket launcher the action is pretty frantic.

King Of The Hill Death Match Map

KP King Of The Hill!! is a death match map, made by RWC, in the early days of Kingpin.

It's a small map with the only weapon is a crowbar and some pistol mods which are at the top of a large 'hill' made out of boxes. Race to the top and become the king :)

Broken Towers Death Match Map

Here is an old death match map, by Hypov8, called Broken Towers.

Broken Towers is a large, Central Towers style map, that has been trashed. You'll see what I mean by looking at the sceens :)

JediBM1 Beta Map

I have uploaded the Bagman JediBM1 Beta map which was made by [Jedi]Nog.

JediBM1 Beta is a large Bagman map. It is a darkish map and the safe rooms need to be opened with nearby switches.The two bases are different and the money drop has both cash rolls and cash wads.  There are several ways between bases and the map features ample weapons and items.

BloodyBorg Death Match Map Added To The Archive

I have added the Bloodyborg death match map to our maps archive. I assume it was made by {GT}Bloody.

It's a medium to large map with a failry simple layout. It uses custom textures which are to give it the feeling of a Borg ship, I guess, from the Star Trek universe.

You can download Bloodyborg from here.

Just extract all files to your kingpin folder.

By the way, we also host a skin pack of Star Trek characters. The pack contains seven skins for the thug, bitch and Anthea models. There is Picard and Giordi, from Next Generation and Janeway, Tuvok, Harry Kim and 7of9 from Voyager. There is also a thug skin of a Borg drone, who are one of the main enemies in Star Trek. The pack also contains a readme with details of all the skins, how to install them and how to load them.

The 7of9 skin is for the Anthea model so if you don't already have the model you can download the model from here.

Just extract the Anthea files to your kingpin/main/players folder.

Grovev2 Hitmen Map Added

I have added the Grovev2 Hitmen map to our map archive.

Grovev2 is a small to medium sized, multi level, Hitmen map. It's a good example of a Hitmen map. It has ample armour and cooling mods but it doesn't feature any pistol mods.

Beer Clan Ally Death Match Map Added

I have uploaded the Beer Clan Ally death match map made by [Beer] Bud Ice.

This is a map from way back in 2000. It is a large, well made, urban style map. I would say, though, that a few areas are too dark otherwise it's fine.

X-Octagon Urban Final Bagman Map

Another Bagman map Killa added to his Bagman server is X-Octagon Urban Final (team_x_urb_final.bsp). This map used to be very popular but hasn't been seen for years.

X-Octagon Urban Final is a small, urban style, Bagman map made by Dread. It's a remake of an earlier map and has enough weapons and items and two ways to get between the bases. According to Dread it was wildly popular on the old Jedi Bagman server.
